My association with RizScholars has been abiding and fruitful. I am happy that I was called upon to represent this worthy initiative as a spokesperson. In my experience as a theatre and TV professional, I have come across scores of young Pakistanis who have brilliant, eager minds and a passionate spirit to learn, perform and achieve in whatever field they choose for themselves. But for the economic hardship that they face, they would embrace higher education wholeheartedly and use it to soar above the constraints of their misfortune.
This opportunity they deserve with our help. Without education beyond gender, social status, religion and ethnicity, we as a nation will not earn the respect we demand. RizScholars is a project from heart and mind, inspired by a Pakistani who exceled and supported by Pakistanis who stand committed to knowledge and learning.
